you will develop a sample digital publishing product. To do this you will use a range of images, text and graphics
and produce a demonstration of how a digital publishing product can be used
interactively.
Your product will be a short manual on how to use digital tools
to acquire, import and combine images, text and graphics and will have interactive
elements. You will show this product to the client in order to demonstrate the
effectiveness of a digital publishing product.
TASKS:
a)
Find or create the images, videos, graphics and information that you
will need to create this manual.
Store your digital materials in a way that allows you to easily find
this material again; in named folders and with appropriate file names.
b)
Put together a manual of how to acquire, import and combine images,
texts and graphics.

ReplyDeleteI was briefly looking at 5C, I planing on starting on during the holidays. When the instructions say "platforms" and Portfolio"
Im not quite sure the meaning of these, also im not sure about the task and objectives. Don`t really understand,when you have the time available would you be able to possibly? describe in more details and examples of task 5C.

Firstly, please ignore last year's blog posts as they did different assignments (I've removed all but this one now).
ReplyDeleteSecondly, you need to carefully read the assignment brief that I've given you as it gives very detailed, very clear step-by-step instructions for exactly what you need to do for that final assignment.
If you read through it with your mum and it still doesn't make sense then please wait until after the holidays and I'll talk through it with you. You have time to complete it all next term.
